CuenTita Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026.

CuenTita is an app by PixuTSt (César Eugenio Herrejón Gonzalez, Mexico). By installing and using it you accept these terms. Questions? Write to [email protected].

1. What CuenTita is

An app for a grown-up to tell stories and set the scene with sounds, play with children, and decorate photos. It is a free download on Google Play. The free version shows ads and needs an internet connection; CuenTita Club is an optional subscription that removes ads and adds benefits.

2. Using the app

  • We let you use CuenTita on your devices for personal and family, non-commercial use.
  • You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app, its sounds, illustrations or characters (including Tita) outside of it.
  • Sounds you record or import and photos you decorate are yours. Only use audio and photos you have the right to use.
  • CuenTita is meant to be used with a grown-up present. Keep the phone's volume gentle near children's ears.

3. CuenTita Club

What's included: no ads, offline use, all scenes (including Club-only ones), all lullabies, unlimited games, unlimited own sounds, and all stickers and golden badges.

Price and billing. The Club is paid through Google Play, on a monthly or yearly plan. The price is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm, in your currency (in the US, USD 1.49 per month or USD 10.99 per year as of October 3, 2026). You are charged to the payment method on your Google account.

Free trial. If Google Play offers it, the trial lasts 7 days and is only for people who have never had the Club. When it ends, the plan you chose starts billing unless you cancel first. CuenTita shows you the first charge date before you confirm.

Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancel. Anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CuenTita, or in the app under Club → Manage subscription. You keep the benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds. Handled by Google Play under its policies (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help you request one.

New phone. Your Club goes with your Google account: install CuenTita with the same account and tap Club → Restore purchases.

Price changes. If the price changes, Google Play will notify you in advance, and you can cancel if you disagree.

4. Third-party content

Some sounds and lullabies come from libraries with open licenses; their credits are in Settings → Credits and licenses. Ads in the free version are served by Google AdMob; PixuTSt does not control each ad, but we set them up as suitable for children.

5. Warranty and liability

We work hard for CuenTita to run well, but it is provided as is: speech recognition depends on your phone's service, background noise and connection, and it can miss or mishear words. To the extent the law allows, PixuTSt is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page with its date. They are governed by the laws of Mexico.
