How do I start telling a story?

Tap the moon on the Story screen and tell your story out loud. When you say words like thunder, wolf or rain, Tita plays the sound. It understands actions too: howled, it rained, knocked on the door.

A sound doesn't play when I say the word.

Make sure media volume is up and you're close to the phone. In the Library, long-press the sound to see its keywords, add the ones you use, and check that “Tita listens for it” is on.

Do I need internet?

The free version needs a connection. With CuenTita Club you can use it offline. To tell stories offline, your phone also needs the speech recognition language downloaded; CuenTita's Settings show whether it has it.

Can I use my own sounds?

Yes. In the Library, tap Add a sound: record with your voice or import an audio file from your phone, pick the part you want (up to 6 seconds), and add the words that will play it.

Which languages does it support?

Spanish and English. CuenTita follows your phone's language, and you can change it in Settings.

How do I cancel the Club?

In Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CuenTita, or in the app under Club → Manage subscription. You keep the Club until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

I changed phones and don't see my Club.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your phone. Uninstall CuenTita, or go to Phone Settings → Apps → CuenTita → Storage → Clear data. More details in the Privacy Policy.

Is it safe for children?

CuenTita is designed to be used with a grown-up. It has no chats or profiles, asks for no data about children, and photos and purchases are behind a grown-up gate. Ads in the free version are set up as suitable for children and non-personalized.
